Empowering Military Women
through healing, growth and community
We exist to bring about meaningful change for military women cultivating safe spaces to heal, connect, thrive and succeed in every aspect of their lives.
The Project
The Reveille & Retreat Project was created to provide military women & women veterans with a space to reconnect, restore, and thrive.
Founded by Kimberly Liszka, RN, and Dakota Olson-Harris, LCSW, these retreats were intentionally designed by licensed professionals with expertise in nursing, mental health, trauma-informed care, and holistic wellness. Together, Kim and Dakota recognized the need for supportive spaces where women could prioritize their well-being, build meaningful connections, and access tools for lifelong resilience.
Through a blend of mental wellness education, holistic healing practices, peer connection, outdoor experiences, and personal development, our retreats empower women to strengthen their emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. More than a weekend away, these experiences foster community, encourage personal growth, and create lasting relationships among women who understand the unique challenges and strengths of military life.
We believe healing happens in connection, and every woman deserves the opportunity to be supported, empowered, and reminded that she does not have to navigate life's challenges alone.
The retreat may last a weekend, but the connection continues long after everyone goes home.

From the very beginning, Carolina has been more than a marketing intern. She fully embraced our mission, immersed herself in our culture, and took the time to understand the heart behind the work we do at Reveille & Retreat Project.

Through her work managing social media, storytelling, and marketing content, Carolina helped share the experiences of military women with authenticity, care, and purpose. She joined us at retreat, connected with our community, and brought creativity and compassion into everything she did.
Her willingness to learn, serve, and lead with heart has made a lasting impact on our team, and we are so grateful to have her as part of this community.
